The Cocoa facility is conveniently located on U.S. Highway #1 (Cocoa Blvd.) between Hwy #528 (“the Beach Line”) and Highway #520. Originally located in downtown Cocoa since the early 1900’s, it was moved to its current location in 1983. In recent years, the full line lumberyard was expanded to include a full service Ace Hardware, a door pre-hanging and millwork shop, and a tropical-themed Garden Center, all under one roof.
