East Coast Lumber is seeking a Full-Time Inside Sales/Cashier at the Cocoa location.
Responsibilities:
• Help customers locate products within store or through special orders and process customer transactions in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
• Answer multiple telephone lines, transfer calls to stations and take messages.
• Assist in processing daily paperwork and organizing/filing it in an orderly fashion.
• Keep showroom and store areas neat and clean. Keep shelves stocked and orderly.
• Keep sales counter neat and clean.
Required qualifications:
• Some computer knowledge and able to work cash register.
• High level of customer service skills required.
• Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and possess organizational skills.
• Some hardware or construction knowledge preferred, but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to and from location.
